I am thrilled to unveil the all-new Hireflow, built from the ground up to be more powerful while still easy to use. This update was no small effort. Our team spent the past year interviewing users, reimagining Hireflow’s design, and shipping lots of code. We learned a lot during this process, but three themes stood out. Modern recruitment teams want to source collaboratively, harness the power of AI, and make data-driven decisions. The new Hireflow empowers teams to accomplish all three.
Source Collaboratively
Collaboration in Hireflow starts with Projects. Simply create a Project for an open job, share the Project with your teammates, and start sourcing together!
The new Hireflow is not only a sourcing tool, but also a talent CRM. It is now easier than ever to track every interaction your team has had with a candidate. The CRM is also built into Hireflow’s extension, so you have all the context you need when viewing a profile in LinkedIn or responding to a candidate in Gmail. Hireflow even allows you to intelligently reengage prospects. Want to retarget all software engineers you emailed over 6 months ago, but never replied? The Smart Flow feature allows you to do this in just a few clicks.
Harness the power of AI
Hireflow has always been an early innovator in AI Sourcing. The new Hireflow takes AI Sourcing one step further by incorporating GPT-4 technology into our proven in-house algorithms. Hireflow now leverages GPT-4 to source better candidates, learn from recruiter feedback, and articulate why the system believes a candidate is a great fit for your role. These advancements also allow us to support new role types including accounting, marketing, and design.
Make data-driven decisions
Modern recruitment teams want to easily asses the health of their pipelines. The new version of Hireflow enables teams to do just that. You’ll notice helpful stats, such as open rate, reply rate, and interested reply rate, exist throughout the app. We’ve also built a Reports page, where teams can dive into their outbound performance and diversity metrics.
